Don Geary Realty, Inc. can manage your investment. Whether it’s a single family home or multi-unit apartment complex, we can take the burden off of you and help you to maximize your investment potential. Don Geary Realty, Inc. manages over 50 residential units and a 100 unit mobile home park for owners from all over the United States. Our Management is “hands on” and our objective is to care for your investment as if it were our own.

What is the cost for our Management Services?

Our management fees are competitive and based upon the number of units managed by our firm.

What is included in that fee?

1. We find and screen all potential tenants
2. We coordinate all maintenance required for your property with input from you, the owner, on costs exceeding a pre-determined cap.
3. We collect all rental income and security deposits.
4. We receive and pay all bills relating to your property being managed (excluding mortgage payments)
5. We provide a monthly accounting to owners to include: P&L’s, Income and Expense detail, as well as draws to owners.

Will we manage any property?

No, all properties are screened by our Property Manager before determining if we will manage your property. Our office takes much pride in the rentals we offer and our standards are set by that.
